Audrey Tautou

"Audrey Tautou", from the movie "Delicacy". I'm a big fan of the French actress, and I've wanted to create a painting of her for a while. I tried this in watercolour and acrylic, experimenting by painting onto acrylic paper. Not sure I really like painting on paper, and the colours did not come out as I had hoped. So, not a great success, even though I got her likeness to some degree. I may try this again another time in acrylic on canvas and compare the two
