A Way With Silkby ~andylloyd

Aurora O'Brien is something of an artist herself - she lives out in Arizona and has worked with muralist John Enright. She kindly let me work this painting up from a photo in her portfolio, which I altered quite a lot - there were two large twisty conifers in pots on either side, cushions, and some strange drape behind her, so that all had to go. As well as her stockings!

I hope this erotic painting is more focussed and sensual as a result. I was particularly pleased with the silk and light on the couch. I'll create one or two other paintings of her soon. 16" x 20", Acrylic on block canvas. Thanks also to photographer R E Burton.
